Professional Engineering Concepts Inc. (PEC) is a private held corporation established in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. PEC was launched in 2002 as a result of a joint venture of Senior Project Managers and Professional Engineers.
PEC is the professional organization leading the growth and acceptance of Design, Construction, Inspection and Maintenance of in PR and the Caribbean. PEC will add significant value to your construction and maintenance needs from project conception to ongoing operation.

SERVICES
Our services include the development, schedule and coordination during the design, construction, and maintenance process. Also we offer the inspection and oversight of specialty and traditional trade construction activities.
Our staff, with vast and interdisciplinary experience, will assist you in the development of project objectives and the scope of work. We will identify project requirements, resources needed, risks, change and cost control methods.
Implement the critical path method (CPM) to analyze and develop options for shortening the project duration. Act on conflict situations to resolve them and avoid potential problems. Use project management software to update the project plan and reflect changes.
We are experienced in large and complex military, industrial, residential, and commercial construction projects, such as health care facilities, airports, hangars, piers, department stores, offices, radars, veterinary clinics, potable and waste water treatment plants, landfills, family housing, transportation maintenance shops, research and fuel laboratories, among others.
